It's a local and family company which has the olives for speciality ("olives de table" as we call it in French). The olives can be eaten in many ways, and as you like.
Since 1912, the olive factory perpetuates a know-how of excellence in the tradition of "the olives de table". We are confectionning different varieties but the main ones are the best from the market : the Lucques and Picholines olives. These two varieties are local and popular olives from the South of France (Marguerrites, in the Gard).
Our olives and "Tapenades" have the South taste that will transport you directly to the the olives trees and the smell of the South.
