What starts in 1960 with a few hives in a basement will quickly become La Miellerie St-Stanislas, unpasteurized honey producer for now 3 generations. Following the invention of a unique production method, grampa Laberge innovates the churned honey market by creating the first real creamed honey. The result is so smooth, so luscious that we quickly rebaptize it "The Cream of Honeys". Completely natural with a perfectly homogenous texture, Miellerie St-Stanislas offers a selection of creamy honeys that never cristallize even when kept in the fridge. Today, we owe much of our local pollination to the bees at St-Stanislas. By renting out their hives to local farmers, Mielllerie St-Stanislas contributes to the pollination of several important crops, notably our delicious Quebec blueberries and apples. Also manufacturers of their own equipment, they sell it around the world to producers looking for this unique creamy honey result. Their process also allows them to mix their honey with fruit purées, creating delicious all-natural flavoured honeys. For the only real creamed honey: discover the honeys at Mielllerie St-Stanislas.
