Lucentina Extra Virgin Olive Oil uses Hojiblanca olives and is a balance of freshness and sweetness, with a medium green fruitiness where there are notes of green almond, fig tree and a light vegetal touch of green leaves. It has a rounded sensory profile with a delicate bitterness as well as a medium spiciness, complemented by a slight sweetness that softens and balances the whole. This versatile oil can be used as much for dressings & marinades as for grilled vegetables, fish, meats, salads and soups.
