A traditional family recipe... Our grandfather made his almond cookies and cakes according to authentic recipes, where almonds were king for 6 generations. He used to make them in the family home. We waited patiently for these sweets to come out of the oven. Gradually, it became associated with the best flavours of Provence, to create cakes that are simply irresistible.
