The name Wilfred comes from a Dutch East India Company boat captain who traveled across India and Asia in search of new spices to bring back to Europe.

Like this 17^th century explorer, Cuisine Wilfred's mission is to awaken the senses, provoke emotions and take people on a journey through the creation of sauces and seasonings inspired by the great culinary traditions of the world. Cuisine Wilfred is distinguished by the use of healthy ingredients, the use of production processes that respect traditions, but above all by the quality and originality of its products.
