Pica Pica is a unique range of hot sauces celebrating Portuguese and Quebecer cuisine. The brainchild of Montreal chef Frank Da Rocha, Pica Pica offers sauces that enhance culinary dishes while putting flavour in the spotlight.


The star ingredient in Pica Pica sauces is their chilli puree. 

Made from sweet or hot chillies, chilli mash is a traditional Portuguese ingredient that adds heat to a recipe without spoiling the taste of the food. That's why Pica Pica recipes can be adapted to any dish, adding a rich, flavourful touch before or after cooking.
