Harissa is a little-known product, too often associated with quick, unrefined cooking. They wanted to help you rediscover this condiment by developing a harissa that is both powerful and fruity. It is, of course, uncut, and the traceability of each ingredient is an essential commitment for them.

This harissa should never have ended up on your plate in the first place. It should never even have found its way onto the shelves of your favorite delicatessen. But in response to the enthusiasm of William Lelouche's entourage, the product's founder and creator, he decided to take on a new challenge. It took him two years to work out his recipe precisely, and today he has just one goal: to get harissa onto as many tables as possible, including yours...
