Ingredients
• Pommes en quartier (250g)
• Caramel à la fleur de sel de Sel et Caramel (65g)
• Compote de pomme du marché (50g)
• Fécule de maïs (5g)
• Sucre blanc (25g)
• Fond de tarte (1)
• Crumble (1 kg) (voir recette ici-bas)
Preparation
• Chapelure de biscuits Graham (½ tasse) 125 ml
• Farine tout usage non blanchie (¼ tasse) 60 ml
• Flocons d’avoine à cuisson rapide (¼ tasse) 60 ml
• Cassonade (¼ tasse) 60 ml
• Beurre non salé, ramolli (¼ tasse) 60 ml
Blend all ingredients together.
