Cooked Brie Cheese: 3 ways!

Pear Spread & Rhum Flavoured Maple Syrup

Ingredients & preparation

• Brie cheese (1 wheel (+ or - 170g))

• Caprices d'antan pear spread

• Maple syrup flavored with La Fabrick Rum

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350º F.

Step 2: On a baking sheet or in a large ramekin, place Brie cheese on parchment paper, top with a generous layer of Caprices d'antan pear spread in the center.

Step 3: Place in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is hot and runny when the tip of a knife is inserted.

Step 4: Before serving, drizzle with La Fabrick Rum flavoured maple syrup.

Serve with sliced baguette, crackers or at brunch on a crêpe bretonne.

Fresh Figs Spread & black pepper

Ingredients & preparation

• Brie cheese (1 wheel (+ or - 170g))

• Fresh fig jam Three Little Figs

• Nomu ground black pepper

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350º F.

Step 2: On a baking sheet or in a large ramekin, place Brie cheese on parchment paper, top with a generous layer of Three Little Figs Fresh Fig Jam in the center.

Step 3: Place in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is warm and runny when tip of knife is inserted.

Step 4: Before serving, season to taste with Nomu Black Pepper Mill.

Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.

Cheese Pleaser Apples & Walnut & Crostinis

Ingredients & preparation

• Brie cheese (1 wheel (+ or - 170g))

• Brickstone Apple & Pecan Cheese Compliment

• J.W. Macy's Crostini

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350º F.

Step 2: On a baking sheet or in a large ramekin, place Brie cheese on parchment paper, top with a generous layer of Brickstone Apple & Pecan Compliments in the center.

Step 3: Place in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is hot and runny when tip of knife is inserted.

Serve with J.W. Macy's Sea Salt Crostini.
