Potatoes with ham & quail eggs
- • Potatoes (2 units)
- • Quail eggs (6 units)
- • Iberian ham 60 g
- • Extra virgin olive oil manzanilla Hacienda Guzmán (60 ml)
- • Onion
- • Salt
- • Pepper
- • Chervil
- • Chives
Step 1 : To begin, wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
Step 2 : Once cooked, cut the potatoes into medium slices and sprinkle them with salt and a dash of Manzanilla Hacienda Guzman Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Step 3 : Next, fry the quail eggs. Place one on top of each potato and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 4 : Top with the Iberian ham, previously cut into strips, and a drizzle of Manzanilla Hacienda Guzmán Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Step 5 : Finely chop chervil and chives.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
