Canardise's Block of Plain Foie Gras is made of 100% plain foie gras and a seasoning. Made according to an artisanal method, with the greatest care, our block of foie gras is imbued with character and tradition that will delight all gourmets! Recommended sides: Our plain foie gras can be eaten with gingerbread or a slice of toast. Fleur de sel can be added, accompanied by onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs and pears. Wines and spirits: Champagne, sweet white wines such as Sauternes and ice cider. Our favorite, the Ice Perry from the Domaine des Salamandres located in Hemmingford.
