Description
Jaffa Cake is a cake made from sponge cakes filled with marmalade or orange jam, topped with chocolate on one side only. It was invented in 1927 in England. The name "Jaffa" refers to the variety of orange wich juice flavors the filling of the cookie. The PIM'S pay tribute to this very British recipe and is available in several flavors for the greatest pleasure of gourmets. Pim's the original, a tender sponge cake covered with orange marmalade and a fine chocolate shell pack of 12 cookies to taste for a moment of gourmet pleasure.
