Leader Price's bell pepper and eggplant sauce is a creamy cooked sauce, perfect for accompanying your pasta, white meats, fish, rice, or for use as a spread base or in Mediterranean recipes. It combines the sweetness of eggplant with the slightly sweet and smoky flavour of bell peppers, in a recipe inspired by Southern sauces.
