The tapas from L’Atelier du Cuisinier always follows the same philosophy; Breton artisanal products, direct collaboration with local fisheries, use of natural ingredients, and balanced flavour combinations. The small whelks, following the same tapas concept as the squid or mussels, are prepared in a similar manner; a fragrant, mild, and fresh marinade made exclusively with natural ingredients.
