Description

Linguines are egg pasta very similar to classic spaghetti, but with a flat shape instead of a round one. Made according to the ancient recipe from the Marche region, they have a very porous surface thanks to the bronze drawing, a detail that ensures excellent sauce retention. Filotea linguine pairs perfectly with either white or red fish sauce, or with classic genoese pesto. Hand-laid on each package and dried at low temperatures for at least 24 hours, they are characterized by their lightness and digestibility.
