Description

With it, Filotea produces fettuccine that combines the quality of their egg pasta with that of black truffle, for an entrée that will delight your guests. Made with the best Italian raw materials in a blend of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, and fresh eggs from free-range hens, Filotea truffle fettuccine is extruded through bronze and dried at low temperatures for at least 24 hours. The artisanal processing makes these pastas very digestible, perfect to be enjoyed with extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. It is also suitable for a mushroom stew.
