Our company, located in the heart of the Marche region, was created to reproduce authentic pasta, as made by grandmothers in the past. The Filotea egg pasta is produced according to an ancient Marche recipe. Our artisanal production is essential to obtain a unique product that is incredibly light and easy to digest, while its textured surface helps to absorb sauces, enhancing the flavour of all the ingredients. Selecting the finest flours, durum semolina and freshest eggs is our way of realizing the Italian culinary tradition.
