Description
Reale 6-year-aged balsamic vinegar is made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must, acetified and fermented, then aged for six years in a succession of precious wooden barrels: oak, chestnut, cherry, ash, mulberry, acacia, and juniper. It offers a creamier texture than young balsamic vinegars, with woody and candied aromas and a subtle balance between acidity and sweetness. Enjoy it as a dressing for your salads, as a marinade for meats and vegetables, in dessert with fruit salads and ice cream, and with your fine cheese platters.
