Description
The Reale 10-year-aged balsamic vinegar is made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must, which is acetified and fermented, then aged for 10 years in a succession of precious wooden barrels: oak, chestnut, cherry, ash, mulberry, locust, and juniper. It offers a velvety and slightly syrupy texture, intense and candied aromas of red fruits, fig, vanilla, complex woody notes, and a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Enjoy it as a dressing for your salads, as a marinade for your meats and vegetables, with desserts like fruit salads and ice cream, and with your fine cheese platters.
