Description
Reale's white balsamic vinegar is made from acetified white grape must and aged in oak barrels so that it takes on a golden-yellow color. It therefore does not alter the color of dishes and offers delicately acidic fruity aromas and flavours (it wonderfully replaces wine vinegar and lemon juice). It is appreciated for preparing appetizers, salads, vegetables, both raw and cooked, sauces, fish and seafood, white meats, cheeses (buffalo mozzarella, Roquefort, scamorza, and robiola), and desserts.
