The Mussini Balsamic Vinegar Series 15 is aged and refined to achieve superior density and aromatic complexity. It is made from cooked grape must, wine vinegar, and Modena balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar + cooked grape must). Enjoy it with your refined beef and duck dishes, seafood, fine cheese platters, fruit salads and ice cream, as well as as a dressing for your salads.
