Description

The traditional Mussini 20-year-aged balsamic vinegar is made from cooked grape must, naturally acetified, and then aged for two decades in a succession of precious wood barrels (oak, cherry, chestnut, ash, mulberry, juniper, acacia). It offers a very dense and syrupy texture with deep woody aromas, complemented by notes of dried fruit and vanilla. Its complex sweet-and-sour flavour and long-lasting finish will enhance any dish.
