Valfleuri Spätzle are part of the iconic pasta of Alsatian cuisine. Irregular, rustic, and generous, they are distinguished by their thick texture, rough shape, and rich flavour, thanks to their high fresh egg content. They are traditionally browned in butter and served as a side dish for game dishes, but they are also suitable for a wide variety of everyday recipes.
