Description

The 2mm Valfleuri Nests are the finest Alsace pasta in the range, inspired by tagliatelle but in an ultra-delicate version. Their fineness and richness in eggs make them an elegant accompaniment for subtle dishes. Made with 7 fresh eggs, a knob of butter is enough to bring out their refined flavour. They are ideal for pairing with fish or shellfish with a light sauce.
