The 5mm Nest is one of the most representative formats of Valfleuri Alsace pasta: a 5mm wide noodle, rich in eggs, with a delicate taste and a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Made with 7 fresh eggs, they are excellent on their own with a pat of butter, or as an accompaniment to fish, shellfish, or poultry.
