The 20-year-aged balsamic vinegar from the Scrigno family reserve by Mussini is a particularly precious Modena balsamic vinegar, as it acquires its aromas during maturation in our family barrels. It is a limited production that we present to our customers with particular care. It offers a syrupy consistency, an intense brown color with reddish reflections, a complex aroma with woody and fruity notes, and a persistent and harmonious sweet-and-sour flavour.
