It is made of 95% Modena balsamic vinegar (cooked grape must + wine vinegar), enriched with additional grape must for more roundness and complexity. It offers a slightly syrupy texture, a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, and woody, fruity, and slightly caramelized aromas.
